2-days or Overnight Shipping : Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays will ship the following Monday. If orders are placed on Monday-Thursday, they will ship out the same day.

We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage unless you have items shipped by registered delivery, which insures the package for up to 153.00 € for france and 45.73 € for the rest of the world.

Please verify the shipping address on the paypal checkout form before placing your order.
Additional shipping charges will be applied to re-shipped items due to any address error.

INTERNATION ORDERS :

Custom/Duties : If you are an international customer, your package may be subjects to duties and taxes when it arrives in your country. Any postage price you pay us covers the full cost of shipping the goods to you. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting charges for duties and taxes as they differ from country to country. Further information on this matter may be attained from your local customs office.

Special Note : we are unable to list goods as a "gift" on the customs form even if you are sending the goods to someone as a gift.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

Damaged jewel box or digipack

If a CD jewel box case or digipack arrives cracked or damaged, we will be happy to mail you a replacement. Please contact shop@zerecords.com.

Packing and Sending Your Return

1. Notify our Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization number.
2. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) and mail the merchandise to :

Vinyl and limited edition items

It is not always possible for us to determine whether a vinyl or limited edition item is available before you place your order. Due to the volatile nature of demand, we may not be able to fill your order. However, we will never charge you for any item until it is available and ready to ship.

If a vinyl or limited edition item is not available when your order is processed, you will be notified by email.
